Your area of responsibility:

Cordial care of guests, suppliers & employees
Administrative work: Email support, website, social media, budgeting, telephone calls with guests, suppliers & partners, support for group enquiries, co-responsibility for cash management on site, deposits & coin procurement, controlling, evaluations
Employee management: Hours control, employee planning.
Operational cooperation on site in daily business - all shifts, whether day, middle or late shift
Responsibility for a smooth and technically correct workflow, guest feedback management
Ordering / stock management
